The centenarians of Dominica enjoy are rich diet and are always eager to 

talk about the meals they eat. Many of them recommend that the continuos

excercise and the food they ate contributed very much too their longevity.

The following foods are some of the major foodstuff in the centenarians 

diet; vegetables, potatoes, crabs, frogs, dasheen stock, Callalau soup,

fresh fish, milk (straight from a cow), molases, Cane juice,  cassava and

the foods they grew themselves.
